Ordering Information
Availability
We do our best to ensure that all of the titles we feature are in stock at our warehouse, ready to ship to you. However, there are instances beyond our control that may prevent us from having a book in stock. If this happens, please be assured that we are hard at work rectifying the situation, and we will get you a copy of the book as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we will ship the remainder of your order without delay. If you have specific questions, please contact us directly.
Your Shopping Cart
When you're ready to purchase a particular title, simply click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button, and that book will be placed in your electronic shopping cart. Please note, however, that if you leave our site without completing your order, all items in your shopping cart will be deleted. We're sorry we can't hang on to them for you until you come back, so we hope you'll decide to order them the first time around.
Promotion Codes
In order to provide better pricing to our customers, we occasionally offer additional discounts or free shipping through promotion codes found in selected mailings or emails. To take advantage of such an offer, enter the promotion code at checkout where prompted and click "Submit". After the screen refreshes, check the order total, enter your credit card information, and click "Order Now". If you have further questions, please contact us directly.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards plus PayPal. We're sorry, but we cannot bill you for items you wish to purchase via The Hockey News Store.

Tax is applicable in the following:
NB, NF, NS, QC 13% QST/HST
Elsewhere in Canada, 5% GST
Shipping Information
Regular Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated by weight of the products being purchased. Shipping charges are applied per each individual mailing address. Subscriptions purchased are excluded from total order value calculations as shipping is already included in the cost of a subscription. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail that does not include paid tracking.
When Your Order Will Arrive
In-stock orders shipped via 'Standard' shipping in Canada will be sent Canada Post to arrive in 7-14 business days. Continental U.S. are shipped via USPS to arrive within 7-14 business days. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico takes up to 21 business days. Surface mail to foreign areas will take 8-12 weeks. Please note that we have no control over mail delivery delays due to holidays season or other known factors, such as the strain on the system by COVID-19.

International orders are no longer accepted.

We're sorry, but we can only put a trace on those orders which are shipped via expedited service. We can, however, tell you when your order was processed. Please check your account for order history information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail that does not include paid tracking.
